What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry. - Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a remote customer service role. - Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish or French. - Certification or formal training in skincare or cosmetology. - Experience with social media customer engagement.
