What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in skincare or cosmetics. - Strong communication skills with fluency in English. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Passion for skincare and cosmetics with a desire to learn and share knowledge. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working from home. - Additional language skills. - Background in beauty consulting or sales. - Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer engagement.
