What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry. - Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products. - Excellent communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access. - Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working from home. - Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish or French. - Background in sales or upselling techniques. - Certification or training in skincare or beauty therapy.
