Role Description This is a full-time position seeking a Director of Marketing. The Director of Marketing will report to the Chairman/CEO and will oversee all marketing operations, including managing marking, social media, patient advocates, influencer and affiliate marketing and wholesale partnerships. The role involves setting revenue targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment of sales and marketing strategies with organizational goals. The individual will work closely with other departments to drive growth and achieve measurable results. Qualifications • MUST have direct experience managing sales organizations for successful DTC wellness companies focused on longevity, HRT, peptides and human performance NOT aesthetics, beauty or skin care. • An expert in leveraging the latest AI-driven digital and social media growth hacking solutions to accelerate organic and paid customer acquisition and retention. We will not consider candidates who can not demonstrate an expertise in these areas. • Proven expertise in Sales Management, and Sales Operations to drive team performance and meet growth targets • Strong experience in social media marketing, affiliate management and wholesale partnerships • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) • Industry-specific experience is a strong advantage Compensation The compensation package will include a competitive base salary, annual bonus and equity along with full benefits.
