Job Description Summary This role is strategically designed to enhance the execution and oversight of technology initiatives within a defined portfolio. By centralizing delivery oversight, intake management, financial planning, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination, provides centralized coordination and delivery oversight across a tech portfolio, enabling strategic execution and operational alignment. Plays a valuable role in environments with fragmented IT contacts and complex interdependencies, where proactive risk management and cross- functional coordination are essential. The alignment to a specific tech portfolio and leader ensures tailored support and responsiveness, while the role’s broad scope - from governance and financials to resource optimization and release planning - enables consistent delivery performance and continuous improvement. This role is a critical enabler of transparency, strategic alignment, and execution maturity across the enterprise. Job Description Responsibilities • Assist in planning and portfolio reviews with stakeholders to confirm timelines and alignment. • Support management of the IT portfolio by tracking run and change work, monitoring initiatives, and maintaining milestone updates. • Assist with stakeholder engagement and risk escalation, ensuring clear communication and accurate performance reporting. • Supervise and/or provide guidance to delivery resources such as project coordinators and support effective delivery execution. • Prepare status updates and dashboards for leadership, ensuring technical information is clearly communicated in business terms. • Participate in post-implementation reviews and track performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in technology program and portfolio delivery management, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders and resolve issues proactively • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and serve as a resource on best practices across delivery functions • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives • Experience supporting initiatives using waterfall and agile methodologies • Good understanding of governance frameworks, intake and prioritization processes, and delivery operations • Basic understanding of financial tracking and vendor coordination Working Conditions • Hybrid Office Environment • Occasional Travel <10% • Travel for internal meetings Compensation • The Salary for this position generally ranges between $113,000 - $144,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. • Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
