Serve as the primary contact for customers, provide accurate product information, handle inquiries, escalate complex issues, and achieve department goals in a remote call center environment.
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years customer service or 1+ year financial services experience, professional communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and ability to work independently and in teams.
