About the Role We're a business consulting firm seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Project Manager to support our client through an ERP migration from a few different systems, including Fishbowl, to Odoo. You'll either: • Lead and manage a 3rd party implementation partner, OR • Directly implement Odoo with our consulting team Your role depends on your experience level and our assessment of the best path forward. What You'll Do • Lead Odoo implementation (planning → go-live → stabilization) • Manager or oversee data migration from Fishbowl, QuickBooks, Shopify, eBay • Configure Odoo modules: Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Quality Control, Repair/RMA, etc. • Coordinate with client stakeholders across Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales, Finance • Manage ~176 requirements including 16 custom developments • Drive user adoption and training across client organization • Oversee vendor management Must-Haves • 3+ years hands-on Odoo implementation experience • Led 2+ full Odoo implementations as PM or Lead Consultant • Deep knowledge of Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) and Inventory modules (critical) • Manufacturing/distribution ERP experience - BOMs, work orders, inventory management • Data migration expertise - extracting, cleansing, mapping, validating • Strong project management - can own timeline, budget, deliverables Nice-to-Haves • PMP or Agile certification • Experience migrating from Fishbowl or similar ERPs • Shopify/eBay/e-commerce integration experience • SQL and data manipulation skills • Automotive/aftermarket parts industry knowledge • Python experience Project Snapshot • Scope: Manufacturing company (~10 users, multi-channel sales) • Systems: Fishbowl → Odoo (+ QuickBooks, Shopify, eBay integrations) • Modules: Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Quality, Repair/RMA Schedule/Shift • Able to adhere to a CST schedule, Monday through Friday Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Application Question(s): • How many Odoo implementation projects have you completed?
