Job Title: Contract Procurement Specialist Location: Fairfield, Ohio Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Procurement Specialist to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute procurement strategies to acquire goods and services efficiently. - Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. - Prepare and evaluate competitive bids, proposals, and contracts. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications. - Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Monitor and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
