Role Overview We are seeking a DevOps Software Engineer who combines technical aptitude with the right mindset to grow with our team. This individual will play a key role in the ongoing development, deployment, and maintenance of our Creatio CRM system, as well as related mobile app/web portal, proprietary Order Management System (OMS - API management), and middleware. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Docker, API integrations, and Azure Cloud infrastructure. The role blends hands-on software development with DevOps responsibilities to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. Duties and responsibilities Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of CRM technical solutions. Adhere to and help define coding standards; develop well-structured, maintainable, and easily understandable code. Manage containerized applications and deployment pipelines using Bitbucket and Docker Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between Creatio CRM and external systems using custom webhooks and middleware. Develop and maintain features with SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Deploy, manage, and monitor solutions in Azure to ensure high availability and scalability. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions. Lead projects and communicate regularly with clients, sponsors, and internal teams. Stay current with Creatio releases, new features, and best practices to guide the team. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the team. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 7+ years in a software engineering role (enterprise-level experience preferred) Experience with OOP development and relational databases Strong proficiency with Docker, API development/integration, and AWS Cloud services Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS Experience with mobile application development frameworks like React Strong understanding of UI/UX principles Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Creatio CRM and .NET development (C#) Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) Experience with HubSpot. Working conditions This is a remote position with occasional travel to the Scottsdale Corporate office Benefits Base salary of $140-155K plus bonus Future career growth opportunity. 401(k) with a matching contribution up to 13%.
