Role Overview: As the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our LMS platform to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience. You will oversee course administration, user management, and content integration, supporting both learners and instructors to maximize the platform's effectiveness. What You'll Do: - You will manage daily LMS operations, including course enrollment and user access. - You will upload, organize, and update course content to maintain current and relevant learning materials. - You will troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related technical issues promptly. - You will collaborate with instructional designers and trainers to implement new courses and features. - You will monitor user engagement and generate reports to inform continuous improvement. - You will ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards within the LMS. - You will provide training and support to users to enhance their LMS experience. - You will assist in the evaluation and selection of LMS tools and integrations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience managing Learning Management Systems, preferably in a corporate training environment. - Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Cornerstone. - Strong technical skills including basic HTML, SCORM, and troubleshooting capabilities. - Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from LMS reports. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with e-learning content development tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate. - Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. - Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR and FERPA. - Prior experience in the financial services or professional training industry.
