Digital Experience Manager Trailhead Credit Union is seeking an innovative Digital Experience Manager to spearhead the evolution of how our members engage with us in a digital landscape. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee seamless, forward‑thinking member journeys by blending creativity, strategy, and technology to elevate every interaction. What Your Day Will Look Like: • Lead the strategy and execution of digital member engagement across card services, the conference center, and digital communications. • Supervise, coach, and lead three staff members: Digital Branch Specialist, Cards Services Specialist, and our Conference Center Specialist. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance member interactions. • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to optimize digital platforms and services. • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of digital channels, ensuring reliability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience. • Ensure member issues are resolved in a timely and equitable manner that are escalated and require managerial level involvement. • Management of programs and high-level tasks within but not limited to: Dialpad, Banno, Bill Pay, RDA, VISA DPS. • Complete Visa Quarterly reports, manage mobile wallet procedures, CAMS Alerts, Card@Once, etc. • Collaborate with the VP of Member Services as a project manager with projects guiding the digital experience strategy. • Time to go home and know that today: You. Work week: • Monday thru Friday, 8:45 – 5:15 • Position based out of our Old Town headquarters Required: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of three years at financial institution • Management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer programs • Demonstrated ability to perform financial services Preferred experience: • Experience with Episys Symitar • Bilingual in Spanish Job Type: Full-time Status: Exempt Interested in applying?
