Trackstar is venture-backed by Y Combinator and TMV. About the Role Trackstar is hiring a solutions engineer (2-4 years of experience) to join our team in NYC. This is a hybrid technical and customer-facing role - you'll split your time between hands-on engineering work and direct customer interaction. This role involves close collaboration with the engineering team and founders. Trackstar integrates with 135+ supply chain systems, each with its own quirks. You'll work across these platforms, contribute to the codebase, and ensure customers have a seamless experience. About You 2-4 years in a technical role (solutions engineering, dev support, or software engineering) Clear communicator - comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong debugging skills - able to read logs, query databases, and trace code Proficient in reading and writing production code (Python or TypeScript) Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end Responsibilities Serve as a primary technical contact for customers in dedicated Slack channels Debug and fix production issues end-to-end, from log analysis to shipping code fixes Coordinate between engineering, customers, and partners to resolve technical issues Project-manage new integration requests from scoping through launch Build and improve customer-facing guides, documentation, and support processes Support sales prospects on technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts Life at Trackstar Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Equity: Competitive stock option grants Wellness: Free health insurance, flexible schedule, and unlimited PTO Location: NYC (in-person, but hybrid flexible culture) Impact: Be a foundational team member shaping the future of supply chain connectivity Trackstar is an equal opportunity employer.
