Were already #1 in SEO for our category and trusted by top names across the U.S. Now, were looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to help keep things running smoothly at our Loudoun County office. What Youll Do 1. Run Day-to-Day Operations • Oversee order fulfillment, shipments, and returns for our devices. • Track inventory levels and coordinate smoothly with vendors. • Ensure shipping and office operations run efficiently. 2. Keep Finance & Administration on Track • Support invoicing, purchase orders, and payments. • Track vendor bills and customer receivables. • Maintain simple records for contracts, NDAs, and onboarding paperwork. • Handle cheque banking and organize financial documentation. • Coordinate with external bookkeepers and consultants for compliance. • Continuously look for ways to simplify and improve processes. 3. Support the Team • Assist leadership with basic scheduling and reporting. • Be the point of contact for vendor and team coordination. • Help create a friendly, organized, and efficient office environment. What Were Looking For • 2-5 years of experience in administration, office management, or operations. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
