Position overview "Warehouse Sorter Associate (Fast-Paced | High Standards | Weekly Pay) Consistent Work Multiple Shifts Flexible Scheduling Shifts available Monday-Sunday: 2pm-11pm 11pm-8am 6am-4pm Pick the days that work for you! We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Sorters. You’ll be sorting packages from various retailers using a two-step RF scan gun, ensuring each item is accurately routed. This is a high-performance role — ideal for workers who thrive under clear expectations and want consistent, long-term work." Responsibilities "Sort and scan packages using handheld RF scanners; place them in the correct racks. Lift 25-50 lbs consistently for the full shift Work independently with speed and accuracy (target is 100 packages/hour). Follow a strict no-phone policy (phones only used for scanning). Operate in a non-climate-controlled warehouse – expect hot conditions in summer. Help with additional warehouse tasks as needed."
