Project Coordinator II Employment Type: Contract through 04/30/2027 (High potential for extension) Location: Livonia, MI (Hybrid role) Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | Remote: Wednesday, Friday) Project Coordinator Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator / Data Analyst to support program managers with project administration, reporting, and dashboard development. This role will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, validating financial data, supporting budget tracking, and developing dashboards that help teams make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and experienced with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau. This is a hybrid position requiring in-person work at least 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Administration Provide general project administration and coordination support to program managers and project teams. Maintain project documentation, notes, files, and records to ensure accurate tracking of project activities. Assist with project schedules, deliverables tracking, and team coordination. Support cross-functional communication between teams and stakeholders. Financial & Reporting Support Review, validate, and document project invoices and financial records. Execute checks and balances to ensure accurate financial and operational reporting. Assist program managers with budget tracking and financial reporting. Ensure adherence to internal accounting and reporting guidelines. Data Analysis & Dashboard Development Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support project reporting and decision making. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting, and operational processes. Develop and maintain standardized documentation and reporting workflows. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SQL or data querying tools. Familiarity with data warehouse or cloud analytics platforms such as Data bricks. Previous experience in project coordination, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
