Job Title: Hardware Development Engineer Job Location: Milwaukee, WI Project Duration: 12 months with possible extension (W2 Position) JOB DESCRIPTION: Evaluates reliability of materials, properties and techniques used in production; plans, designs and develops electronic parts, components, integrated circuitry, mechanical systems, equipment and packaging, and/or optical systems. Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities. Networks with senior internal/external personnel in own area of expertise. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines the process by which to meet goals. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, generally instructions on new assignments. Skills: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
