What You Will Do • Keep operations on track by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. • Support multiple departments with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and database management. • Act as the go-to connector between teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. • Coordinate logistics for company events, training sessions, and important meetings. • Prepare professional presentations, spreadsheets, and other supporting materials. • Track project deadlines, update plans, and follow up on action items. • Support onboarding by preparing workstations and coordinating orientation schedules. • Manage office supplies and troubleshoot day-to-day issues to keep operations running efficiently. • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive company information. What You Will NOT Do • Be limited to repetitive, single-task work; your role will touch multiple departments and responsibilities. • Work in isolation; you’ll have strong support from management and team members. Who You Are • Exceptionally organized, resourceful, and able to balance competing priorities with ease. • A clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with tools like Teams or Slack. • Experienced in administrative, operational, or business support roles (preferred, but not required). • Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Interested in growing your career in business operations, project coordination, or administration.
