Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, resolve issues, escalate when necessary, process payments, and provide feedback on calls.
High school diploma, minimum 6 months customer service experience, typing skills, computer proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work remotely with specified internet conditions.
