We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to drive the successful execution of OT cybersecurity projects. This role is critical in managing project timelines, budgets, and workstreams to ensure seamless delivery. The ideal candidate will be an expert in project management with exceptional skills in executive communication and presentation development. While deep OT cybersecurity technical expertise is preferred, the ability to coordinate complex projects and communicate effectively across diverse teams is essential. The OT Security Lead will provide strategic direction and technical oversight; the Project Manager will ensure operational excellence and project discipline. Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of OT cybersecurity projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. - Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including OT cybersecurity engineers, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress. - Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful project status reports and executive presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills. - Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively manage and escalate as appropriate to ensure timely resolution. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones to leadership. - Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and communication channels to promote transparency and collaboration. - Support change management processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Manage vendor relationships and contracts to support project objectives. - Ensure adherence to Toyota’s project management standards and OT cybersecurity policies. - Drive continuous improvement of project management practices within the OT cybersecurity team. - Proven experience as a technical project manager, preferably within OT cybersecurity, IT, or industrial sectors. - Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications for creating executive-level presentations. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to shifting priorities. - Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. - PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification is preferred. - Experience managing geographically dispersed or distributed teams is a significant advantage. - Military project management experience is highly desirable. - Knowledge of Jira is a plus. - Willingness to develop foundational knowledge of OT cybersecurity concepts. - Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment. - Willingness to travel up to 5% as required. Work Environment - Hybrid work model: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. - Collaborative team environment supporting OT cybersecurity initiatives at Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina (TBMNC).
