Toyota of Olympia | Tumwater, WA This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. And it’s not a traditional HR role. This is a high-trust, high-discretion position for someone who understands people, presence, and precision—and knows how to move comfortably between them. You’ll work directly with the General Manager in a role that blends employee relations, culture leadership, executive support, and confidentiality. Influence without ego. You can keep sensitive information completely confidential—without needing to talk about it. You’re warm, grounded, emotionally intelligent, and quietly capable. You enjoy: • Building connection and culture • Spearheading employee engagement and internal events • Assisting with community involvement and outreach • Supporting an executive with projects, priorities, emails, and calls • Working behind the scenes to make everything run better Key Responsibilities • Serve as a trusted, approachable resource for employees across departments • Support and lead employee engagement and culture initiatives • Assist with planning and execution of internal and community events • Provide direct executive support to the General Manager • Screen communications with sound judgment and discretion • Maintain strict confidentiality and operate under a signed NDA This Role Is Not For Someone Who: • Wants a task-only or highly structured admin role • Needs constant direction or reassurance • Is uncomfortable navigating sensitive situations • Prefers visibility over meaningful impact Why This Role Matters This position plays a meaningful role in the employee experience and supports the effectiveness of the General Manager.
