Job Description Title: SAP Accounting Operations Business Analyst Number of openings: 1 Location: Plano, TX Onsite/Remote: Hybrid (3 to 4 days on site) PR: 77 - 81 - 84 Commitment Dates: • Upcoming Travel: Will be out of the office until 21st. They'll be the Leason for the Business and the Technical teams. • Years of exp: 5+ years min • Team: This will be in the Billing and Payments team - Basically and accounts payable department. Function within the accounting team. Her team is the project team within billing and Payment. They work on enhancements for SAP, integrations to SAP, or Fixing things. • Wants them to have SAP in an accounting environment. • Must have testing experience within SAP. • Doesn't need project management exp. • Looking for a BSA that has worked with SAP in the Accounting space. • Likes folks who have done integrations. • Bachelor's degree required • Backfill candidate couldn't transfer files from SAP to Excel, greatly overstated their ability in the interview. • They have questions they'd like for CSC's to screen candidates with Top 3 Must Have (Full sentences) • Intermediate to Advanced Excel - Needs to be able to exporting data from SAP into excel, doing vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas to semi automate testing. • SAP Testing Experience • Hands-on experience using SAP S4/HANA FI and SAP FIORI - That should give them understanding of Accounts Payable principles. What we’re looking for What you’ll be doing SAP Accounting Operations Business Analyst – Job Description • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical team to ensure alignment and clarity in business requirements and proposed technical and functional solutions. • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI and SAP Fiori Apps. • Work with business stakeholders to understand, document, and define business requirements for new SAP S/4HANA integrations and enhancements. • Participate in testing activities. Including, creating SAP test plans and test scripts, perform system integration testing and document results, and support user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution meets business requirements. • Perform SAP interface file validations. • Provide end-user training or training documentation for newly implemented solutions. • Important soft skills encompass excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and strong attention to detail are also crucial. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
