Technical Delivery Engineer Company Description T-Hive is a software development subsidiary of Toyota Industries corporation that enables other Toyota business units to sell, implement, and support autonomous vehicle (AV) systems primarily in the warehousing, manufacturing, and airline industries. T-Hive's suite of software includes simulation, fleet management, host system integration, traffic control, and a myriad of other services that support AV systems. Job Description As a technical delivery lead at T-Hive, you will fill the role as a liaison between Toyota business units who are selling and implementing integrated AV systems and the T-Hive development team. Keeping track of project deliverables that are needed from the development team, you will work to ensure that the project can be implemented successfully by the business unit with the software that is provided from the development team. This includes keeping track of milestone delivery dates, tracking progress of software development, deploying software as necessary, and supporting the project management offices of the business units as they manage projects. Responsibilities * Act as a liaison between T-Hive and other Toyota subsidiaries or external customers * Provide application design, deployment, commissioning and training support to Business Units and their customers. Business Units have the full implementation responsibility, while this role is in an advisory/support position. * Maintain and track project-specific Gantt charts, including milestones and deliverables and how they impact the development team and software releases * Communicate application functional requirements and proposed methods to both internal and external partner project teams. * Help indicate project priorities to the product manager so that backlog prioritization and sprint planning can be effectively executed * Drive process improvement for internal T-Hive processes for project delivery and support * Contribute & maintain standard documentation for both internal and external audiences * Travel Requirement: Occasional travel expected, approximately 10–30%, based on project needs.   Required Skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Technical proficiency and the ability to understand and communicate to both a technical audience and a business audience * Attention to detail and the ability to track numerous project delivery requirements (deadlines, milestones, features, etc.) * Self-starter with a sense of ownership of the work they are supporting * Able to prioritize work accordingly, while maintaining excellent customer service and internal communication * Strong computer skills (MS Office)   Preferred Skills * The ability to troubleshoot complex integrated systems (looking through log files, viewing network traffic, reviewing configuration, etc.) * Microsoft Service Fabric experience * Microsoft Azure Cloud platform experience * Experience with API-first system integrations * Creating flow charts or system diagrams in Microsoft Visio or Lucid * Previous experience in technical project or product management * Experience with project management methodologies (preferably agile software development) * Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools * Kibana elastic search * Prior coding or scripting experience (preferably in C#, Java, or PowerShell)   Qualifications * 3+ years of professional work experience * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, etc. with a preference towards: * Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing - ideally with new system implementations in a supporting or leading role * Prior experience with WCS/WES/WMS/MES platforms or AV systems   Benefits: * Comprehensive Health Coverage: Including medical, dental, and vision insurance plan options * Retirement Planning Support: 401(k) with a 6% company match to help you plan for your future * Remote-first Culture: Our team is a remote-first organization with a strong collaborative environment * Generous Paid Time Off: Ample vacation days with the flexibility to adjust time off as needed * Educational Assistance: Tuition reimbursement to support continued learning * Career Growth: Access to professional development programs and Azure certification opportunities   Targeted Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 USD
