Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales and guest relations efforts. This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will oversee sales strategies, supervise team members, and coordinate with various departments to maximize occupancy and profitability. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality services in a vibrant resort environment. Duties • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing guests, boosting overall hotel revenue. • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners to expand business opportunities. • Oversee guest services operations to ensure superior customer satisfaction, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. • Coordinate with the front desk, night audit team, and other departments to optimize booking processes, manage multi-line phone systems, and uphold excellent phone etiquette. • Manage hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and revenue management techniques to maximize profitability. • Conduct regular staff training on hospitality management, human resources policies, guest relations, and service standards to ensure consistent excellence. Skills • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests and clients. • Proven supervising experience within hospitality or hotel management environments. • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including hotel operations, guest services, and resort amenities. • Expertise in revenue management practices such as pricing strategies and budget oversight to drive financial success. • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. • Experience in hotel management roles with familiarity in front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems. • Leadership qualities that inspire teams, combined with human resources knowledge for staff development and conflict resolution.
