Who We’re Looking For We are looking for an experienced, energetic & reliable Treatment Coordinator ready to step into a modern, private practice environment. Duties • Serve as primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans. • Conduct thorough & engaging patient consultations & explain proposed treatment with clarity & empathy. • Present treatment options, discuss financial arrangements and facilitate informed decisions. • Coordinate scheduling of treatment appointments, working closely with clinical & administrative team members • Effectively manage and follow up on outstanding treatment plans • Answer patient questions & provide information on dental procedures and post-operative care • Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Skills • MUST be bilingual in Spanish & English. • At least one year experience in a dental practice. • Strong knowledge of Dentrix Ascend or Open Dental software. • Familiarity with dental billing, treatment presentation, and insurance verification. • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and multi-line phone systems • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and record keeping • Outstanding customer service abilities coupled with professional phone etiquette • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in all tasks • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance We want curious minds, creative thinkers, and hardworking go-getters.
