Full Description

Our client, a global corporation, whose primary areas of business are financial information and analytics, is seeking a temporary business analyst to join their team. The hours are 40 per week, with an anticipated duration of one year. The role is fully remote. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that business needs and objectives are clearly documented and met. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, process evaluation, and effective communication across business units. Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and clearly document business needs and objectives. • Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and process evaluation. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Ensure alignment on project goals by facilitating effective communication between business units and technical teams. • Perform a comprehensive audit of Salesforce and Conga configurations to identify technical debt and inefficiencies • Develop streamlined processes for contract lifecycle management and complete a review of existing contracts to update and collect key datasets. • Revise Salesforce configurations to eliminate inherited technical debt and customize workflows. • Develop a comprehensive framework that includes roles, responsibilities, and processes for data stewardship, ensuring alignment with existing governance structures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software. • Experience with Salesforce and Conga configurations is a plus. • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and data stewardship principles is desirable.
