Responsibilities Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to commercial insurance policies. Policy Management: Assist clients with policy amendments, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate and updated client records in our database to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Problem Solving: Evaluate client needs and present solutions to optimize their insurance coverage. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry changes and company updates to provide the best possible service. Requirements License: Active insurance licensure in the state of California. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance sector. Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on providing outstanding client service. Remote Work Ability: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
