Manage inventory and ordering of clinical and office supplies, assist daily operations of Home Health and Hospice departments, and serve as backup for designated positions.
High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, proficiency in Epic, strong clerical, communication, organizational, and customer service skills, and ability to handle confidential matters.
Job Summary Responsible to fully manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of clinical, office, patient education and admission supplies. Assists with the daily operations of the Home Health and Hospice departments as needed and serves as a backup for designated positions. The Office Coordinator will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
