Lead development and growth of AI/ML-based network management SaaS products, manage software development plans, and build external communication strategies.
10-15 years product management experience in SaaS and network management, strong network operations knowledge, Agile experience, and excellent communication skills.
We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Product Manager with experience in network management solutions to lead the development and growth of our AI/ML-based network management solution for cloud and datacenter migrations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SaaS models, preferably in a network operations environment. Experience with Operations management tools, DevOps/AI Ops experience is preferred. In this role you will be reporting into the Senior Executive of a leading mult-billion dollar cloud networking company. In addition to the regular product management responsibilities you should be able to: • Build external communication plan • Create individual software requirements doc for the different apps • Build software linkages between all the software applications • Build and manage software development plans Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA or related advanced degree is a plus). • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products, network management solutions and service delivery platforms. • Product Roadmap: Experience to develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap with a focus on delivering high-impact features that meet customer and business needs is required. • Network Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of network management, operations, infrastructure, and networking (experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, or similar is a plus). This is a NetOps/DevOps role. • SaaS Experience: Proven track record in managing SaaS products, including experience with cloud-based platforms, subscription models, and scaling enterprise-grade solutions. • Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments and a strong familiarity with Agile product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. • Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize and work with customer technical teams is key. • Technical Background: Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure automation tools, cloud computing, automation, and network management tools is preferred. • Communication: Communication both written and verbal with technical and non-technical stakeholders is a MUST. • Location - USA or Canada Preferred.
