Your Mission: The Heartbeat of Our Operation As our Operations Manager, you will be the engine that drives our daily success. You will manage the critical balance between business efficiency and quality care delivery. What You'll Be Doing: • Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily functions, from scheduling and staffing to client intake and service coordination, ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable service. • Compliance & Integrity: Act as the agency’s internal watchdog, ensuring all operations meet the highest standards of state and federal compliance while upholding our ethical commitment to dignity and respect. • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor our office staff and support our amazing team of caregivers. You’ll foster a positive culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to provide exceptional care. • Strategic Growth: Analyze performance metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, caregiver retention) and implement strategic improvements to enhance our service quality and support the agency's growth. • Problem-Solving: Tackle complex operational challenges and resolve high-level client or family concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on resolution. We’re Looking for a Leader Who Is: • Experienced: You have [3-5]+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the non-medical home care, home health, or senior living industries. • Organized: You’re a systems thinker who can develop, implement, and maintain efficient procedures (experience with home care software is a huge plus). • A Culture Keeper: You align with our core values of Integrity, Empathy, and Dignity, and you know how to lead with kindness and purpose. • Qualified: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred, or you have equivalent, proven professional experience.
