The primary responsibilities include managing commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. The role also involves supporting sales efforts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests and documentation. Qualifications • Experience in Account Management and strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively • Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience • Knowledge of Insurance products, policies, and regulations • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written • Sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and assist in growing accounts • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setting • Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems • Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
