You’ll identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while managing relationships with key retail customers. This role is highly visible and ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives on building long-term partnerships and uncovering new ways to deliver value. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary sales contact for existing and prospective produce accounts Achieve revenue and profit goals aligned with Tosca’s sales strategy Develop and execute customer engagement plans, including meetings and industry event participation Maintain an accurate pipeline and reporting in Salesforce Support account retention and project execution in partnership with operations and finance Analyze trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, product development, and marketing teams What We Are Looking For: We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional with deep knowledge of the produce industry and a passion for sustainable solutions. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within packaging, food, or supply chain industries Proven success identifying customer solutions, negotiating, and closing new business Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency with Salesforce CRM Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Work Schedule This is a remote position open to candidates located in states where Tosca is a registered employer.
