Join a team where your voice is heard, your ideas have power, and your career can grow.What You'll Do: As a Customer Success Manager – Produce, you’ll serve as a trusted partner and liaison between Tosca and our customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from our products and services. You’ll build strong relationships, proactively identify opportunities to support customer needs and growth, and act as the Voice of the Customer within Tosca. This role blends relationship management, produce industry expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic growth across the supply chain.   Responsibilities:  Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, growers, and warehouse teams. Lead quarterly business reviews and deliver training to optimize RPC program performance. Partner with customers on NPS surveys and gather actionable feedback.   Order & Asset Management Communicate order updates and manage seasonal transitions. Reconcile inventory and returns using Power BI and D365. Collaborate with Asset Management to ensure timely asset recovery.   Financial Oversight Manage account setup, pricing, credit approvals, and AR resolution. Provide insights on competitive packaging trends and customer-specific needs.   Strategic Growth & Forecasting Work with Sales to expand offerings and support program rollouts. Advise on delivery schedules, SKU complexity, and seasonal demand shifts. Recommend operational improvements based on customer feedback.   Reporting & Collaboration Use customer dashboards and reports to track performance. Partner with the Director of Produce and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Contribute to weekly updates and continuous improvement initiatives. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. 5–10+ years of experience in customer account management within produce, packaging, logistics, or transportation. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI. Willingness to travel 50–75%. Proven ability to build rapport, resolve issues quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Work Schedule This is a remote position available to candidates located in states where Tosca is a registered employer. Preferred locations include California, Arizona, Florida, Texas, or the Atlanta, GA metro area.
