Job Details Job Location Grandview, MO Salary Range $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly Description Overview TORQ Distribution, a highly professional Sales and Distribution company, has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, high-energy individual for the position of Warehouse Associate in Kansas City, MO! Key Responsibilities • Client Deliveries: Spend a large portion of your day delivering products to local clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. • Assist the Warehouse Manager: Support the Warehouse Manager in maintaining efficient distribution and inventory management. • Receive and Process Inventory: Check in, place, and process incoming inventory as part of our weekly distribution cycle. • Inventory Control: Keep detailed records of product movement to ensure proper inventory management. • Order Processing: Accurately process, package, and ship client orders in a timely manner. • Client Engagement: Engage with clients professionally to ensure exceptional customer experience, keeping both internal and external clients as a top priority. • Safety and Organization: Abide by all company safety regulations and maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area. • Other Duties: Perform other assigned projects as needed to support the team and overall business operations. Skills and Qualifications • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Required: Must hold a current, valid driver's license with a history of responsible driving. A clean driving record free of any major violations within the past 3 years is required. • Employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. • Valid CDL is preferred, those who qualify are eligible for increased pay. • Education: High school diploma or GED required. • Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required. • Team Player: Strong organizational skills and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate. • Building relationships: Friendly and approachable with a strong ability to connect with people. • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving heavy products. • Dependability: Demonstrate professional integrity, dependability, and a high level of respect for all individuals. • Goal-Oriented: A self-starter who can set and achieve high-reaching goals with minimal supervision. • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial business setting that is fast-paced and dynamic. Pay • $18 - $21 per hour • Skill-based pay programs: Pay increases are available upon successful completion of skill-based training programs. • Cell phone allowance • Attendance bonus
