This position will be working for a direct building Owner/Manager. Commercial Property Management firm is looking for an Assistant Property Manager who is a team player to join their team in Beverly Hills! This is a great opportunity to work for a fun group of people as the company continues to expand! Company owns and manages several properties in the industrial, retail and office industry. This position will support a Class A Office building with multiple tenants, varied amenities, and several events. Company provides amazing health coverage, potential for bonus, opportunities for growth, and excellent perks for their employees!! This position will have support a Property Manager who is willing to train and develop staff! Responsibilities and Duties • Maintaining tenant and vendor relations • Communicating with tenants on various work order requests • Following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services provided • Processing tenant move-in and move-outs • Coding invoices • Coordinating vendor services • Following up on accounts receivable • Reviewing vendor bids and selecting contractors • Coordinating preventative maintenance • Assisting with CAM preparation • Preparing budgets • Reviewing financials and providing reporting to Ownership • Coordinating tenant events • Ensuring certificates of insurance and business licenses are up to date • Assisting with various specialty projects Qualifications and Skills • BA or BS degree • 2+ years in commercial property management • Ability to work well with a team • Ability to work well under deadlines • Strong customer service skills Company DescriptionTORP Group is a recruitment firm that specializes in placing in: Property and Real Estate Management, Administrative Support, Accounting, Construction Project Management, and Project Coordination.
