Key Responsibilities As an Intake Specialist your duties will include, but are by no means limited to: Client Engagement: Utilize your exceptional people skills to connect with potential clients, establishing trust and rapport from the first interaction. Consultative Approach: Carefully assess each potential client’s unique situation, confidently presenting the best course of action and how TORKLAW can support their journey to justice. Communication Excellence: Exhibit outstanding communication abilities across all platforms (phone, text, chat, and email), ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every exchange. Precision in Execution: Perform accurate data entry and maintain diligent follow-up to ensure no detail is overlooked in the potential case intake process. Team Collaboration and Independence: Thrive in a supportive team environment while also possessing the drive and discipline to work autonomously. Seamless Hand-off: transition the newly retained client to the team that will handle his/her case.
