The maintenance, and continuous improvement of Torani's facilities is yours to manage, including our Flavor Factory and North Beach buildings. In this role, you'll ensure all facility systems and site services are dependable, compliant, and well-maintained, supporting safe and efficient operations across our growing campus. You'll bring strong technical understanding and practical execution skills to manage vendors, site services, and facility programs that keep our spaces safe, functional, engaging, and running smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with team members across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, People, and other departments, along with external service providers. You'll help manage key service contracts, support operating and capital budget planning, manage mid-size capital projects and balance daily facility needs with preventive strategies and longer-term improvements. As we grow, this role may grow as well, including leading a facilities team, supporting consistent execution and strong ownership across the campus. Success Factors (First 12-24 Months) • Facilities Operations & Reliability: You've developed and executed a comprehensive facilities operations plan supporting the reliability, safety, and efficiency of critical campus systems, including fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, water systems, and building infrastructure. Ensured preventive and corrective maintenance was completed through effective scheduling, documentation, and follow-through. By proactively identifying risks, partnering with Maintenance, and Engineering, issues are addressed at root cause, reducing reactive maintenance and improving facility uptime and performance. • Site Services & Campus Management: You've got all the elements of campus oversight covered! By leading site services across factory, distribution center, and office environments, overseeing security, janitorial, waste and recycling programs, landscaping, and exterior campus areas. The management of security services contracts and management of indoor and outdoor spaces, including parking, means all areas remain safe, clean, and well maintained. The strong relationships you build with vendors and internal partners, and your responsiveness to site incidents drives the consistent service quality across the campus. • Compliance, Audits & Safety Alignment: The facilities are always audit ready through strong cross-functional coordination and disciplined execution. You've supported internal and external inspections, document findings, and ensure corrective actions were completed on schedule. With partnership with the Safety and Quality teams' facility programs are aligned with regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices, reinforcing a culture of compliance and daily site readiness. • Vendor, Project & Budget Management: You've kept a pulse on every project and every budget you manage along the way. Close management of vendors and contractors ensure work was completed safely, on time, and to Torani standards. Defined scopes of work, coordinated stakeholders, and tracked progress across repairs, service upgrades, and improvement projects. Additionally, you've supported the management of the annual facilities operating budget by tracking spending, forecasting needs, monitoring trends, and communicating impacts. Your assessment of cost variances from unplanned repairs or vendor changes includes recommended adjustments to maintain budget alignment while sustaining operational reliability. • Collaboration, Leadership & Event Support: You've fostered a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and teamwork across facilities operations by providing clear expectations, practical guidance, and consistent follow-through with vendors, partners, and evolving facilities staff. Your strong interpersonal skills make collaboration fun and engaging with People, Operations, and Leadership teams to support on-site events, training, and community activities, ensuring facilities systems and services delivered positive, seamless experiences for team members and visitors alike. What You'll Bring: • 5-7 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within manufacturing or food production environments. • Experience managing multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets and adapting to variable costs. • Strong vendor management and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple service areas and priorities. • Experience leading facility upgrades, maintenance initiatives, and small-to-medium capital projects from planning through completion. • Working knowledge of regulatory and permitting requirements, including building, safety, and environmental standards. • Technical expertise in building and utility systems, including HVAC, electrical, civil, plumbing, and water. • Proficiency in CMMS for preventive maintenance, tracking, and reporting. • Flexibility to support after-hours site needs or urgent facility issues. Salary Range: $98,000 - $110,000
