JOB TITLE: Product Operations Manager (Denver, CO) EMPLOYER: Topo Designs LLC Topo Designs makes classic outdoor gear inspired by who we are and where we live. We value simplicity and connectedness with the things we own. The Product Operations Manager is the operational hub connecting Product, Planning, and Supply Chain. This role ensures product data, forecasts, and timelines stay accurate, aligned, and actionable from concept through delivery. By managing forecasting tools, system integrity, and seasonal execution, the Product Operations Manager enables smarter decisions and smoother handoffs across teams. The position plays a key role in scaling Topo Designs’ product engine with greater operational discipline and clarity as the company grows. SALARY RANGE: $85k - $95k with fringe benefits up to another $5k - $8k • Please do not apply if the salary requirements do not meet your needs. We have listed the cap. Experience/Education Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product operations, production, or supply chain within apparel, accessories, or consumer goods industry. • Qualifications/Skills: • Excellent knowledge in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability. • Strong background in inventory management, demand forecasting, and production planning. • Proven record of managing data accuracy and cross-functional workflows. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Responsibilities: Planning & Inventory Management • Lead seasonal and in-season demand planning in collaboration with Merchandising and Sales Channels. • Manage inventory levels across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels; identify risks and opportunities. • Support open-to-buy and seasonal buying strategies to meet sales, margin, and turn goals. • Monitor inventory health, including aging, stock-outs, and overstock; propose action plans accordingly. • Develop reporting tools and dashboards to drive better forecasting and inventory visibility. Product Data & Operations Management • Own the integrity and accuracy of product data across ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). • Lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of forecasting tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making across the business. • Partner with Development and Sourcing to streamline product data and workflow integration. • Build and refine operational processes that increase accuracy, visibility, and execution speed from concept to delivery. • Analyze performance trends to recommend adjustments in production, inventory, and purchasing strategies. • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline data accuracy checks, reporting workflows, and forecast updates—improving speed, consistency, and decision-making across systems and teams. Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination • Lead cross-functional forecasting and buy review meetings with Product, Merchandising, and Sales. • Translate demand forecasts into production plans that balance inventory health, vendor capacity, and business goals. • Coordinate material commitments and purchase order timing with Development and Sourcing to ensure on-time delivery. • Monitor inventory health, including aging, stock-outs, and overstock; develop and execute corrective action plans. • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and 3PL partners to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments. • Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and support freight optimization efforts. • Maintain visibility to landed cost and assist in cost-control initiatives.
