Requires 5+ years technical support experience, 3+ years with VMware Horizon and VDI, and basic networking knowledge.
Job Description: • Provide application specific technical support related to the Toptracer technology at the venues. • Act as an escalation point for technical issues impacting our venue operations. • Set and pursue aggressive goals for multiple project initiatives simultaneously to provide ongoing system improvements. • Document solutions for knowledge base and provide ongoing training to junior level playmakers. Requirements: • 5+ - Technical Support or equivalent support environment • 5+ - Progressive experience in the IT field • 3+ - Previous experience with Dell Wyse Management Suite, VMware Horizon and VDI • 3+ - Basic knowledge of networking troubleshooting • 3+ - Previous experience with Observe or equivalent monitoring tools Benefits: • Free Play & 1/2 price food! • Health, dental, vision • 401(k) playmaker match • free mental well-being platform
