Leading technical teams, IAM Systems, Entra, Zero Trust Architecture Sentinel, IAM Infrastructure, Oracle HCM, API Integrations, AMFA, IAM Architecture, Microsoft Identity Manager • Heavy interface with cloud-based HR system such as Oracle HCM or similar. Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned and hands-on Technical Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) function. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building, optimizing, and securing our IAM infrastructure across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience leading technical teams and deep expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and modern identity solutions. Familiarity with Oracle HCM, API integrations, and zero trust architecture is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing IAM team. • Define and enforce IAM strategies, policies, and standards aligned with security best practices. • Oversee the administration of Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and other IAM technologies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate IAM with enterprise systems, including Oracle HCM. • Drive and manage API-based integrations for identity services and provisioning. • Champion zero trust principles, including widespread adoption of adaptive MFA (AMFA). • Manage full user account lifecycle (provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and review). • Design and deploy identity automation initiatives using Microsoft Entra. • Conduct log analysis using Sentinel and other monitoring tools. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues and incidents. • Maintain deep awareness of emerging IAM trends and proactively improve internal processes and solutions. • Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant IAM systems that support organizational growth and business continuity. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IAM with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. • Proven expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and PowerShell scripting. • Working knowledge of Okta, SAML, AMFA, and identity lifecycle management. • Experience integrating IAM with Oracle HCM and other enterprise platforms. • Familiarity with Sentinel, Entra suite, and Dell Change Auditor or equivalent AD auditing tools. • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. • Track record of successfully delivering IAM automation and transformation projects. Preferred Skills: • Experience in enterprise-wide identity programs within regulated industries. • Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) related to identity. • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
