We’re seeking an AI Business Analyst to partner with Oracle HCM and HR stakeholders to identify, define, and support AI use cases across enterprise ERP systems. This is not a programming role—it’s a functional, business-facing position focused on HR processes, Oracle ERP, and applied AI. What You’ll Do • Partner with Oracle HR business partners and functional leaders to understand business processes, pain points, and goals • Identify and define AI use cases within Oracle HCM and ERP environments • Translate HR and business requirements into clear functional and AI solution requirements • Collaborate with technical and AI delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs • Support AI-enabled process improvements across HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Analytics • Participate in solution design discussions, validation, and user acceptance testing • Document business requirements, workflows, and AI-enabled solution outcomes • Help stakeholders understand AI capabilities, limitations, and value within Oracle HCM What You Bring • 3+ years of ERP experience (Oracle HCM/ERP strongly preferred) • Strong understanding of HR business processes • Experience gathering and translating business requirements • Working knowledge of AI concepts and how they apply to ERP systems • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
