Tooth & Nail Records Music Group (Solid State Records, Fugitive Recordings, BEC Recordings, Tooth & Nail Records) Work from Home (Nashville based preferred) Overview: • Assist the A&R Department in research, scouting, development, and project execution for Rock, Metal, Country, Alt labels. • Self-starter essential for independent task management. • Potential to grow into a larger A&R role. Responsibilities: • Conduct A&R Research leveraging data-driven methods and analytics to assist A&R in artist discovery and decision making. • Scout talent via digital platforms generating regular quantitative reports; build artist relationships. • Interact with artists and managers on development. • Coordinate sessions, studios, travel, clearances, royalties. • Manage budgets, invoices, deadlines; attend meetings. • Coordinate & collect all necessary paperwork & data for releases. • Oversee production, archiving, and marketing support. • Manage calendars and meetings for the A&R Team. Requirements: • 2+ years of full-time experience in A&R Operations, A&R Administration, or A&R Research. • Highly organized, proactive self-starter. • Project management tool proficiency & data driven A&R Research experience. • Passion for Rock, Metal, & Country music.
