The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a passion for problem-solving, and a proven track record of handling complex support cases in high-volume, production environments. This role is central to ensuring our applications remain stable, performant, and deliver an exceptional experience to our clients. Key Responsibilities • Act as a senior technical escalation point for application issues in production environments. • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring technical problems. • Collaborate closely with engineering, and Operations teams to drive rapid resolution of client-impacting issues. • Manage and prioritize a high volume of support tickets with precision and efficiency. • Clearly and concisely document troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolution for internal stakeholders and clients. • Use systematic isolation techniques to pinpoint the source of technical failures across server-side and client-side components. • Support ongoing improvements to monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic capabilities. • Demonstrate flexibility in working outside the 9-5 constraints. Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience in application technical support or similar role in an enterprise software environment. • Deep understanding of Linux/UNIX architecture, including logs, permissions, services, and processes. • Strong network troubleshooting skills, including fundamentals of TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, Firewall rules, and VPNs. • Solid hands-on experience with PHP, SQL, JavaScript, and other common client/server technologies. • Proven ability to conduct deep root cause analysis across distributed systems. • Demonstrated expertise in using systematic problem isolation and elimination techniques. • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to effectively escalate issues and collaborate across teams. • Adept at juggling multiple high-priority tasks without sacrificing attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
