Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of students. This role involves engaging with students in various educational settings, implementing effective teaching strategies, and promoting holistic development. Duties • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the varying learning styles of students. • Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. • Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. • Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. • Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support child welfare and address individual student needs. • Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and childhood development principles into daily lessons. • Adapt teaching methods for special education students, ensuring all learners have access to quality education. • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in education, including Montessori approaches. Experience • 2 Years experience working with students in an educational or daycare setting is preferred. • Familiarity with literacy education, special education practices, standardized testing procedures, and behavior management strategies is highly desirable. • Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices will be beneficial in creating effective lesson plans. • Experience in implementing Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus. • High School Diploma or GED.
