Position Summary The Loaner Administrator is responsible for managing the dealership’s loaner vehicle fleet and supporting the service department with administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures accurate tracking of loaner usage, assists with customer interactions, and provides general support to maintain efficient service operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage and monitor the loaner vehicle fleet, ensuring availability and proper usage. • Maintain an accurate spreadsheet to track loaner locations, usage reasons, and return status. • Assist with answering phones and directing customer inquiries. • Move vehicles on the lot as needed to support service operations. • Check out customers and ensure a smooth loaner process. • Provide general assistance to the service department, including administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking loaner usage. • Valid driver’s license and ability to move vehicles safely. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in automotive service or dealership operations. • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with dealership management systems is a bonus.
