We are currently seeking talented professionals to collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and process owners to deliver critical projects. Position Overview The Business Analyst will support the Port Authority’s Engineering Operations Division - Professional Services Unit by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that workflow automation and digital solutions align with operational goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with technical understanding of workflow platforms and data systems, playing a key role in advancing the Port Authority’s professional services initiatives and DEI reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for workflow design and enhancement. • Support development and deployment of digital workflows and data management tools. • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and project teams. • Develop presentations, reports, and process documentation using Excel and PowerPoint. • Support procurement process improvements and DEI reporting initiatives. • Evaluate current systems to recommend and implement process efficiencies. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline. • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in business analysis. • At least 2 years of experience with OpenText Content Server – Document Builder and 1 year with OneFox platform. • Minimum 1 year of advanced experience with MIRO and B2GNow. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting government or infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management workflows. • Familiarity with DEI reporting and compliance initiatives.
