Toko is looking for a creative, data-driven part-time Performance Marketer to own our primary paid acquisition channels. This includes producing high-performing, localized digital ads that resonate with Taiwanese learners and drive trial starts through platforms like Instagram and Facebook. This is a part-time, remote-friendly role perfect for a digital marketing specialist passionate about English language learning! đ» What youâll do Collaborate with the Toko team to brainstorm ideas, understand user insights, and develop new hooks Produce 2-4 batches of 5 ad creatives per month (short-form video and static content), optimized for Facebook and Instagram Keep a pulse on Taiwanâs ad trends, creator ecosystem, and competitor ads to suggest new styles and formats Test creatives on Meta, evaluate & track results, and iterate based on performance metrics (i.e. CPA, CTR, etc) Monitor production ad campaigns, shifting budget as needed âșïž Who you are Based in Taiwan, with a deep understanding of what resonates with local English learners Previous experience in performance marketing, ideally for a mobile app Familiarity with paid ad metrics like CPA, CTR, and ROAS Extremely creative and generative, able to ideate and execute on very different ideas Native level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Business proficiency in English Self-starter, able to independently own the creative process from idea to execution Iterative and data-driven mindset: Willing to test, fail, and learn fast đȘ Bonus Passion for English language learning Basic video editing skills, fluent with Capcut or other similar tools Basic graphic design skills, familiar with Canva or other similar tools âïž To Apply Please send us the following: Your portfolio or examples of short form ad creatives youâve produced, including their impact A short intro (can be casual!) and why youâre excited about this role (in English) Your Resume Your availability (hours and timeline) and expected rate
