Full Description

Job Description: • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their communication and fundraising objectives. • Advise on best practices for alumni communications and donor engagement. • Collaborate with clients to plan schedules, content, and messaging. • Proofread and edit client mailings and newsletters. • Respond promptly to client questions and concerns via email, phone, and video calls. • Coordinate the creation of alumni publications such as newsletters, solicitations, and invitations. • Track projects through review, production, and delivery with external vendors. • Maintain organized content and workflow for multiple client projects simultaneously. • Research and update alumni/member contact information to ensure database accuracy. • Track and analyze gifts, donor engagement, and campaign results. • Prepare and deliver reports illustrating fundraising outcomes. • Participate in weekly team and supervisor meetings. • Contribute to broader departmental projects. • Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented approach with colleagues and clients. Requirements: • BA/BS degree or 4 years of non-profit fundraising/communications experience • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to confidently guide clients and manage expectations. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with alumni engagement, non-profit fundraising, or fraternity/sorority organizations is a plus.
