Full Description

Title: Lead Product Manager, Platform Location: New York United States Job Description: About TodayTix Group: TodayTix Group, TTG, is the global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences. Founded in 2013, TTG designs frictionless e-commerce experiences via innovative product design and industry-leading technology. Through powerful consumer matchmaking technology and our expansive portfolio of brands, including TodayTix, New York Theatre Guide, London Theatre Guide, Show-Score, Arthouse, and Secret Cinema, TTG has an intimate understanding of its millions of customers. We optimize partner relationships by providing unparalleled access to engaged audiences to generate meaningful revenue, transforming the way tickets are sold. With an ever-expanding global network of theatres, producers, and cultural institutions, frictionless technology, and vast data and insights, TTG is at the forefront of the digital transformation of culture. Life at TodayTix Group We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there's no script for what comes next. New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development. Above all, you'll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work. We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply. About the Role: We're looking for a curious, driven Lead Product Manager to join our Platform team and architect the core systems that power the global business. Reporting to the Head of Platform, you'll be a key strategic partner responsible for building the "moats" that amplify our success - scalable systems and a data platform that empower product, marketing, and operations teams to innovate and grow faster. Your scope spans e-commerce checkout, customer review ecosystems, AI tools and agents, and the foundational data warehouse. You'll focus on 2-3 big bets at a time while setting and maintaining standards across the rest. This role suits a problem-solver and generalist energized by a wide domain, skilled at spotting patterns in complex challenges, and driven to create lasting impact. Please note: This is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. What Success Looks Like: Checkout conversion → Deliver measurable uplift in yield per customer by identifying customer needs and verifying solutions through A/B testing. Quality reviews → Increase the number of quality event reviews. Lead the growth of Show-Score as a trusted source of reviews and community. Reduce customer friction → Lower contact rate and increase CSAT by identifying and solving issues before customers reach support, and making support a brand accurate, integrated part of the product. AI-enabled operations → Ship agentic workflows that shorten key cycle times (e.g., campaign or event setup) and reduce manual effort per order. [Future opportunity] Trusted, accessible data → Partner with data and analytics to strengthen core metrics and self-service tools, reducing bespoke analytics requests. What You'll Do: Own the roadmap across checkout, reviews, CX tooling, internal ops automation, and data-aligning teams on a few clear bets with quantified outcomes. Translate customer and partner needs into reusable systems, not one-offs; work with engineers and designers to define APIs, capabilities, and service boundaries that scale globally and support multiple retailers/brands. Lead rigorous discovery: interviews, surveys, funnel analysis, and competitive research to define problems before exploring solutions. Drive experimentation end‑to‑end: design hypotheses, set guardrails, size opportunities, test assumptions, and deliver clear, readable results. Tell the story with data: create concise narratives and visuals that connect input metrics to business outcomes, making trade-offs explicit. Collaborate closely with engineering to simplify complexity, set sensible technical constraints, and ship reliable software on predictable cadences. Champion AI as a core tool: evaluate use cases, define success metrics, pilot responsibly, and move proven wins into production workflows. Mentor PMs and cross‑functional partners; potential to manage PMs as scope grows. We're Looking for Someone With: 8+ years of experience shipping customer‑facing and platform capabilities at a consumer/e‑commerce or marketplace company. Expertise in core product management skills, including A/B testing strategy, data analysis, telling stories with data, and qualitative research. Curiosity to quickly learn new domains and an action-oriented mindset to turn ambiguity into impact. A customer-first approach and bias for action: you seek out friction and measure the impact of fixes. Comfort working hands-on with AI tools and integrating AI into customer and operational experiences. A systems mindset: experience designing solutions that grow, with comfort in domain modeling and quality/cost trade-offs. Technical depth to be credible with engineers; you've built something yourself (any stack, vibe coding welcome) and can translate between technical and non‑technical audiences. $175,000 - $200,000 a year Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually. We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
