Job Description Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI & Next.js Duration: Long Term Location: United States- Remote Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in AI/LLM integration, modern Next.js development, and distributed systems architecture. The ideal candidate is an AI-first developer who actively uses tools like Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to accelerate development and help drive AI engineering best practices across the team. Key Requirements AI / LLM Integration (Must Have) Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs into production applications. Experience with: Prompt engineering Streaming responses Confidence scoring and evaluation Hallucination mitigation Human-in-the-loop workflows Agentic AI solutions Active user of AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc. Ability to establish AI-driven development workflows and best practices. Architecture & System Design Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and justify technical decisions. Experience building cloud-native, distributed applications. Event-Driven Architecture Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies. Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows and event-driven systems. Database Design Experience designing solutions using Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or other document databases. Strong understanding of NoSQL data modeling and scalability patterns. Next.js (Must Have) Proven experience with Next.js, including: App Router Server Components Server Actions React experience alone is not sufficient. Preferred Experience with Azure cloud services. Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar. Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.
