Company Description Job Description Role: Performance Reporting Analytics Consultant Duration: 3+ months C2H Location: Remote- USA Role Summary As a Performance Reporting Analytics Consultant, you will work with banks and credit unions to deliver actionable analytics, automated reporting, and performance insights. You will help clients improve operational efficiency and member experience by translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities • Partner with clients to define KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting solutions • Support pre-sales by translating client requirements into solution proposals and implementation plans • Assist in scoping and building SOWs for new and custom reporting needs • Collaborate with implementation and product teams to deliver and enhance analytics solutions • Drive client adoption through best practices in data, reporting, and process optimization Required Qualifications • 5–7+ years of experience in banking, credit union, or fintech operations or analytics • Strong experience with operational KPIs and performance reporting • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • SQL and workflow automation experience • Exposure to cloud data platforms • Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
